Display that become crazy

Hallo guys,

please i have a big issue on my MFD fitted on my golf mk4 TDI ARL

When i was in travel,without a reason,the display starts to scroll all the menu fast.

I cant share a video here,but the problem happen when the cluster is fitted on my car.
(i can share on Facebook if someone ask me the friendship or want to know more)

When the cluster is connect to my bench test tool,the problem doesnt exit(probably i have only the necessary wires connected to blue and green connector.)

Can I resolve the problem with another firmware version?Any suggestions is accepted.

MFD or MFA ? There are different products with different names.

This issue is not firmware related and cannot be resolved with an update.
Check the control button connections. If you're talking about a ColorMFA (not an MFD), first disconnect the wires from the main board (Input 1-3) and from the dashboard connector (green connector, pins 23-25).
Make sure there are no short circuits to adjacent contacts. Test the operation after disconnecting the wires. If everything works properly (the control buttons won't work, of course), reconnect everything and check your connections. Make sure there are no short circuits and that the wires are not damaged.
