Km/h coding after changing the bottoms

Hi everyone, I know this isn't the right section, but I'm writing from Italy and here there's no solution to solve this problem of mine, I hope you can help me.

I changed the bottoms of the dashboard of my 2003 golf 4.

After having mounted it, with vag I checked the alignment of the hands and I noticed that the km/h scale of the new one is a little different than the old one and in practice where it should indicate 100 km/h it indicates 70.

Can someone kindly explain to me if it is possible to code it in order to adapt the hand to the new scale?

Calibration of the needles is possible by editing the instrument panel dump.
You will need tools to read the dump and upload it back. A cord from VAG-COM 3.11/409 (regular blue) and the VAG EEPROM Programmer 1.19g (or VAG K+CAN Commander 1.4) program will do.
You also need the DashDumpEdit program to edit the dump (it's much more convenient than doing it manually in a hex editor).
