welding problem

Hallo guys Im looking for improve my skill for welding wires to main pcb.

The bigger wires(power) are easier to weld

About the smallest are very difficoult to weld.

I explain better,the holes(0.4 mm??AWG 24?) are so small that make a good job for me at the moment

is impossible.

Nobody knows or can suggest me a good tecnique?

Dont drink coffe.
Get thin solder and tip! Will help ALOT
Pretinn everything!

A magnifyer also helps out alot.

When i tried to tinn first,i increased the tickness.

Maybe there is some video that can help me?

About coffee,its impossible dont drink coffee for me in italy.
