Добрый день!
В один момент экран стал тухнуть, поворачиваешь ключ, загорается и через пару секунд тухнет. АКБ клему скидывал, вообще перестал включаться. Переподключил синий разъём - заработал.
Вставлен он был хорошо, это окисление при переходных температурах? Какой контакт на такое поведение влияет?
Стоит 33 прошивка, надо ли для Т4 менять на более новую или нет смысла?

В синем разъеме общее питание и зажигание.
Сама приборка при этом не тухнет ? Цветной выключается как при отключении зажигания (обычно видно по подсветке экрана или если в настройках выбрана картинка при отключении или данные трип) или просто резко отрубается ?
Возможно плохо припаяли провода от цветного, со временем начали отваливаться. Возможно плохие контакты в самом синем разъеме. Провода на этих машинах были еще не обжаты (если не путаю), а насажены просто в пины как бы "в разрез". Со временем возможен плохой контакт, особенно после того как проводку пошевелили снимая/устанавливая приборку.

Приборка не тухнет - работает штатно, а экран затухает за пару секунд - сразу в чёрный без данных. Я уже давно не лазил в приборку, как разобрался с датчиком масла, с 13 партии цветной.
Пока работает, если опять будет тухнуть, посмотрю внимательно контакты разъёма.
Паял Дима Remnevolt, проблем не было.

Проверьте подрулевой (кнопки управления БК), проводку к нему и разъемы.
Это штатная функция гашения экрана при долгом удержании кнопки "вниз" на основном экране. Соответственно кнопка "вниз" похоже где-то коротит на массу...

I don't see any problem here.
You can try to put 80% for Low Speed. These changes will only take effect after the car enters sleep mode (it will be locked for more than 5-10 minutes).

Maybe it's the lowline 503 cluster that's bugging?

It is the wake up that is problematic otherwise everything works perfectly

This is not a problem of waking up.
You can check the awakening like this:
- remove the LCD display or the front cover of the cluster. Behind the LCD, there is a small LED on the ColorMFA main board. It can be seen if you remove the LCD or remove the front cover.
- install the cluster in the car.
- close the car for more than 1 hour (small LED on ColorMFA main board should not blink after 1 hour)
- open car with remote or key.
- check the operation of the small LED. It should flash immediately after opening the car. This suggests that ColorMFA is awake and ready to work.

Your problem is that the door status is not displayed without ignition. But I think this is not a problem with ColorMFA.

Your problem is that the door status is not displayed without ignition. But I think this is not a problem with ColorMFA.

In your car, the door status also does not work after the ignition is turned off. Open | close any door several times after turning off the ignition. ColorMFA does not show the status of doors in this mode on your vehicle. It doesn't have to be that way. Doors should be visible on your car at any position of the ignition key.

In my car the state of the doors works when it is not in sleep mode. Before 1 hour of rest the colormfa perfectly displays the state of the doors regardless of the position of the key

At the middle of the video (from 00:50), you open the door after turning off the ignition, but ColorMFA does not display this. It shows the last state (closed) and the display is off. Is the video not correct?

To check: after turning off the ignition, wait until the display goes out and open|close any door. ColorMFA should display the status of the door.

Забыл отписаться. В общем разобрал подрулевое пространство, вынул разъём, что идёт от МФА, "подёргал" все провода и собрал назад - проблема исчезла.
Мне кажется, где то в кнопке МФА подрулевого таится этот коротыш, на Т4 управление МФА переделывается со штатного и тумблер вверх - вниз, перемещается не очень точно, с люфтом.
В общем спасибо за наводку, теперь буду знать, куда лезть в случае повторения подобного.
