Problem with latest firmware.

Hi i upgraded from B24 to the latest firmware and now i have a problem.
When i change any settings like color or startup screen it will keep it like it should but when i turn of the ignition it will reset everything to default.
I tested the older firmware again and everything is working flawlessly.
But every firmware after B24 have this problem for me, and i get no errors when flashing.

H have not touched any cables or removed the cluster housing because i have a usb permanently attached so i dont need to disassembly everything.

My car is a 2003 Vw Passat with the full display and i have never had a single problem with it until the latest firmwares.
What could be wrong?

Incorrect connection while installation.
Swapped +12 and Ignition wires.

Ok but why is it working on the older firmware? but i guess i have to disassembly the cluster and dubble check.

Is not working on oldest firmware. You not see it, because all settings saved immediately while you change it. On new firmware all settings saved once while you turn off ignition.

Check:
- see doors status while ignition is off (open/close any door). I think is not show any doors on display. But it must show on B5GP.
- on old firmware, after driving turn off ignition and turn on. See Trip1 data. I think Trip1 reset immediately. But it must reset only after 1 hour without ignition.

Ah i see, all make sense now. when the ignition is off i have not seen the door display so it must be that.
I will check it and see if it is working and i will report back.
