Hi...

Did you thought about one of the outputs to use to trigger CH/LH function? Of course, additional relay electronic or transistor should be used to power lights.

CH/LH is a Coming Home/Leaving Home ?
Sorry, but currently not possible integrate this feature.

Yes, comin home/leaving home... Pitty, it would be great addition... I tought that since it reads CAN data, could send impuls to turn on lights upon engine shut off and door unlock... Probably it is more complicated than that...

I may not understand enough about can protocol behavior, But would it be possible to solve the whole rns-e clock issue in b5's with colormfa?

RNS-E installed to A4B5 ? Any external adapter used to connect it to CAN-bus ? Or connected directly ?

No adapters, the issue is the clock signal on the can bus.
Rns-e must be coded for a6 c5 to work on b5 platform, but the clock signal is a little bit different so time is off.
Everything else seem to work.
I know there was an adapter made long ago to fix this, but no more.

All original PDC for this cars does not send any info about sensors to CAN-bus.
This info possible got only via diagnostics. I'm not planned adding this function via diagnostics. Is a slow and not functionality.
Install OPS from A6C6 and you see all info in ColorMFA screen.

I don't know. All guys from A6C5 change only main OPS unit.
All work fine with old sensors and new OPS unit.
But on other cars may be need also change sensors.

B29 update for B5A4 says

added: display Trip2 data on main screen (avg.cons., avg.speed, traveled dist., traveled time) – hold “reset” and immediately press “up”

I can not get it to work. What I am doing:
Measures>trip data 2>hold clear>press up

Is this right? If so, it is not working for me

No.
On main screen hold "reset" button and immediately press "up" - switches between trip2/trip1 data.

Data from trip2 possible show only at center of screen.
In top or bottom lines showed only trip1 data.

Is possible, but there are some "designer" issues... It is necessary to make it possible to distinguish trip1 from trip2. In two modes: with icons and with signatures. Just changing the color or something like this will not good idea.

Who told you about communication via can ?
I don't know what is Phatbox, but in wiki present this: "The PhatBox emulates a CD Changer...".
I think it work like many other emulators (xcarlink, yatour, audiolink, e.t.c.) and send folders/category info as "CD1, CD2, e.t.c." and files info as "Track1, Track2, e.t.c.". (From wiki: "Each P/A/A/G appears as a disc and each songs within the selected category appears as a track.").
Display song info (file name or MP3 tags) is not possible.
