Boost not present on CAN-bus on your car. Need make additional connection.
I can get Reading in meas bloks.
You see boost in diagnostic mode via K-line. Not on CAN-bus.
ColorMFA does not get info from diagnostic in normal mode.

For manual transmission need make additional connection to reverse light.
Currently it support only for VW/Skoda. If you need it for A4 B5, I'm add this function in next firmware.
But you need add wire from dashboard (ColorMFA) to Reverse Light.

Does the PJ035MA display work with all colourMFAs? How can I find out if it's compatible?

Different screens work with different voltages. It is not always possible to replace one screen model with another. Items on the printed circuit board (glued to the back of the screen) may vary.
PJ035 is available with different letters at the end of the number. -02J, -01P, -02E, -02B e.t.c. Not all of them can be connected to ColorMFA.
Also, not all versions of the bootloader have support for all screens. Screen support was added gradually (when it was necessary), and not all at once. The bootloader cannot be replaced or updated. If the screen is not supported, you will not see anything on the screen during the firmware update.

It is a PJ035-02B display. Is there a way to find out the bootloader version to check for compatibility?

-02B is supported.
Take a picture of the back of the installed LCD along with the back board (the one that comes with the ColorMFA).
The bootloader version is displayed on the top line of the screen in bootloader mode (firmware update mode).

Bootloader version is v3.4. The display currently installed says CT035TN02 (914R1010001X)

I was referring to a photo of the back of the PCB glued to the LCD. These circuit boards may vary. But on bootloader version 3.4, the PCB must also be at least version 3.4. If so, then that's good.
PJ series added to bootloader >=v3.7
Most likely in bootloader mode, you will not see anything on the screen.
However, in normal operation (not in bootloader mode), everything should work correctly with all the latest firmware versions.
