Rs6 c5 no switch

Hello. I build in my rs6 c5 the color mfa and i can't use the switch. I can't switch anything. Where i have to look about faulty wiring? Its a v3.4

Is the firmware installed for A6C5?
Check connections:
ColorMFA KEY Input1 -> Cluster Gray socket pin 19
ColorMFA KEY Input2 -> Cluster Gray socket pin 18
ColorMFA KEY Input3 -> Cluster Gray socket pin 17
Don't forget to cut the tracks on the cluster PCB coming from the gray connector pins 17-19 (See photo).

I can't Update the firmware because i can't switch in menu to update. Yes the wires are installed and the stripes are cutted

What car was this kit purchased for? Or what car was it on before you?

I think it was new. There are no solderings on the board. He tell me its for a audi a6 c5. Do you need pictures of the board? Is there a possible way to switch the menu external? So i can upload the a6 file?

Do this (order is important):
- disconnect USB cable (if connected)
- turn ignition Off, remove key
- remove cluster fuse (#15)
- press and hold "down" button on wiperstick
- return fuse back
- ColorMFA must go in to bootloader mode
- release the "down" button
- insert key, turn ignition On
- connect USB cable and update firmware (see instruction inside firmware archive).

If it does not work (not going to bootloader), try again with "reset" button (instead of the "down" button).

Not even necessary. It works with canbus.
