How does the torque measument/power metering function?
Does it just take torque from ECU, calculates HP from that and makes a plot?
could'nt find anywhere to input vehicle wheight, frontal area or drag,
that's why im guessing that this is some synthetic number?


The reason i'm asking is that i noticed that my power figures are seemingly way on the low side.

Torque calculated inside motor ECU. ColorMFA calculate only power (typical formula with torque and RPM).

Are there any future plans for a more accurate way of measurement, for example using some of the data i mentioned above?

sort of like the way ECUxplot does it, if you are familliar with that program?
