Multiple times I have locked car and next day I have this screen. It also keeps the dash pod active and not shut down.
I have to press button on window wiper stalk to get it to go off. This has happened with every firmware version.

Did you cut the tracks on the board (gray socket, pins 17,18,19) during installation ?

Check the wire connection to pins 17-19 of the gray connector from ColorMFA. Check button wire connections on wiper stalk. And check the buttons for correct operation. Perhaps there is a short circuit somewhere or a mechanical malfunction in the button.
