Faild send request .i = 78 at Update

I want to make a Update. All fine but when i start the Update first erase Code/Flash and after its a Error.... Now the CMFA not start.....

Use a good quality USB cable. And disable all power saving features on your laptop.

its not de USB Cable.... but after erase the Flash he dont flash the Update and the Display dont start..... No Blue LED flash on the PCB. But its 12 V there..... i thing the flash is empty....

Go to bootloader and update again. With good quality USB cable and with disabled all power saving features on your laptop.

ok but how i can start the bootloader when the Display dont start, the Screen ar black and the blue Power LED not blinking?

On bench (table)...mk4.... i have only +12v, ignation and ground and the 3 buttons (up,down,reset)

Disconnect power. Press and hold "reset" button. Turn power On (+12V). ColorMFA must go to bootloader. Release "reset" button. Turn Ignition On. Update as described in the instructions.

ok i do this, but no go to "Bootmode". i think the Flash is empty. i load flashfile, not Codefile, he delet flash and the its error... No its not Start and the Blue LED not blink when Power on

The bootloader is software and hardware protected from erasure or overwriting.
You are doing something wrong or your kit is not working. Nothing can be damaged by a firmware updating.

there is the blue SMD an this flashin when Power on. But after flashing he is dark, no blue.... and i found no Device in the Devicemanger.....

Send the kit to me for testing. If you can't do it yourself. I don't know how you could mess something up with a firmware update.
