Cannot start ColorMFA

I installed using the tutorial from the site. All steps are completed.
On the PCB of ColorMFA I receive 12v from cluster. No image on screen and no power on the led of the PCB of ColorMFA.
The diode is ok. What I should check ?

Cluster is VDO immo3 from Passat.

Check your ground if it's in correct place. Maybe you soldered it in the wrong place. If this fails the test, try to unsolder power wires and hook them to an external 12V source and see if the screen powers on. If it's not, it may be a PCB problem.

One bad solder at 12v.
Checked twice and that was wrong.
