Multilayer PCB Damage possible !! WARNING !! Immo key problem

Hello

after installed MFA
immo key to low dtc code

before installed no any problem the cluster

i see green connector 2 and 17 pin transponder but no any problem
i changed red led white same time change install MFA but red led opening voltage lower than white and not good change back but i thin this not problem the immo ...

ColorMFA does not connect to any immo pins or IC. Do not use any internal (in cluster) connection to immo.
What car ?
Some Audi cars (A6C5, A4B5, TT, ...) have problem with original socket soldering to cluster PCB. Solder crack. Need check this. Also need ccheck wire in original socket.
Befure you don't touch this wires, don't move it, don't plug/unplug... it works.
While install ColorMFA you touch this wire, plug/unplug sockets. Possible to bad contact, solder crack... and it bad working.

i check all soldered cable
and Led not find any problem
after solder PCB i clean all time isopropyl alcohol and remove all dirt

i have 3 cluster
another Cluster working fine and before install this worked fine

i check again

cluster pcb not 2 layer 3 or more

bad install desing
need cuting 3 wire i think damage another layer ...
and not any info or warrning multilayer possible Damage
not verry happy no mfa no cluster

Hi man! I have the same problem, but on Audi TT. After installing mfa does not work immo. Do you have a solution?

no any other fix only change pcb

I have a error #01176 (65-10) & #01179 (35-00). IMMO light fast flash. If PCB have 3 layer, You can restore the inner layer using flux and metal alloy. And remove contact with the surface PCB. I already did it with smartphones and I did it! But only if there are 3 layers! Do you have a photo of scratches PCB?

i dont see 3 pcb cut wich one the problem
just see under the cut multi layer pcb

Than you do this ? Sawing with Dremel ?
No have problem if you do this accurately. Does not matter what layer on PCB.
We a physically can't install to all cars and check all possible variants of cluster PCB. Most of info about installation got from users. And for several years, no one reported such a problem.
