Audi TT home screen data not showing

Customer is reporting the main screen data not displayed after installation. What can be incorrect?

No data from CAN, no data from oil level sensor...
Check what displayed in System->CAN-monitor. On Motor and Comfort CAN.

May be crossed wires, may be motor connected to info and info to motor, may be connected to wrong pins in dashboard....
Need check all.
And need test it in car, not on the table.

Also in System->CAN-monitor check options "Motor-CAN" and "Comfort-CAN" (or Info-CAN) before select "Watch".

What year of car ? What engine ?
What coding in adaptation channel 60,61,62 in cluster (if channel present) ?

What work in ColorMFA ? CAN-bus not work (Motor and Info). Oil level not work (sensor present in car ?).
Diagnostic is working in ColorMFA ?
If you could enter to CAN-Monitor, buttons working. Fine.

It's a very early 2001, build date 03/2000, AMU code 1.8T, it does have an oil level sensor in the bottom of the oil pan, (have never been able to find a measuring block to read it's values & have never had a low oil warning even if the ignition is turned on with the oil drained).

No can-bus communication at all to colormfa, diagnostics scanning works perfect.

Cluster adaptation channel 60 is "0", 61 is not available, and 62 is also "0".

Try this:
Change value in adaptation channel 60 to "1025". Restart cluster and check Motor-CAN info in CAN-monitor
Change value in adaptation channel 62 to "1". Restart cluster and check Comfort-CAN info in CAN-monitor

If Oil level sensor is installed and all connection checked, ColorMFA must show measured value of Oil level. For oil level not need can-bus or anything else... Connected directly to sensor and if sensor is worked it also must show measured value.

ok there is some change

Changed Chanel 60 coding to 1025, restarted and tried to change Chanel 62 to 1, but errors immediately.

Can monitor now shows some info, if select one at a time, motor can has one line of info, comfort can still displays no data.

Colormfa now shows fuel level, distance to empty etc... But still blank for coolant temp, outside temp, inlet temp...

Possible the ECUs in this car don't support CAN-bus or CAN-bus wires not connect to dashboard.

In CAN-Monitor present only one message from dashboard. No info from engine, ABS, Airbag, e.t.c. They not connected to CAN or CAN is not supported.

Using the debug menu, activated force can and info can, it appears most things work now

Looks like the only thing that doesn't work is oil level, oil temp and inlet temp, and a low oil pressure warning whenever rolling, turns back off when stopped... Also noticed I lose coolant temp info if I turn off "can diag"

This not changed situation.
You still don't got info from Engine, ABS, Airbag...
Possible to enable CAN Diag in hidden menu and got more info from CAN (mode changed from Listen-Only to Normal). But this info must work without active CAN Diag if any other ECUs connected to CAN.
Currently only dashboard connected to Motor-CAN, info from other ECUs is not present. No consumption, some temperatures, torque, e.t.c. All data from engine is not present.

Need check connection from engine ECU, ABS, Airbag... This ECUs must be connect to CAN. In ELSA this car with CAN, and devices connected to CAN. But is a transitional model (2000 model year) and need check all manually. ELSA not have 100% info for this model year.
